Interview with Tony


JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Tony: It was a long drawn out process, going thru divorce at time and had criminal and civil charges, I had a lawyer for each, both of which was paid up thru to a jury trial if needed. I agreed to plea guilty in the courtroom in front of the judge for 20 days in jail on weekends and 2,500 fine. When I went to clerk's office to pay the fine it was 7 or 8 thousand, my criminal lawyer just happened to be walking by and told me to walk with him for a moment, He instructed me not do anything right now or I would go straight to jail.

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning?
Tony: On a few occasions, actually arrested in my kitchen for not giving the arresting officer my physical address, of which He was standing on at the time.

JM: What was your court appearance like?
Tony: normal court proceeding wait for name to be called, then went before the judge. Charges were Molesting a vehicle on the civil and on the criminal, DUI, public drunk, and obstruction of justice.
